CHILDREN'S  MINISTRY

Children and Youth
We provide a safe, welcoming environment for all
children and youth.

Nursery
We offer a bright and cheery nursery that has every
element needed to properly take care of your infant while
you are in worship. The most important is well trained and loving care takers that will see to all of your infant's needs.

 
                                            Toddlers
                                          We have two separate rooms for our toddlers.  
                                       One room is for the youngest toddler who is
jjust learning to walk. The other room is for the child who can
walk well, is learning to be potty trained, and is using larger
motor skills.  
 
Worship Centers (potty trained – 5th grade) We offer a
number of different age group Worship Centers.  In a Worship
Center we show children how to learn about God by experiencing
God.  We are able to do this by offering a worshipful type
environment.  Wishing to honor and recapture the biblical way of
storytelling, we strive to discover the essential elements in the stories and
                                       tell them without embellishment.  Staying close to the biblical text                                               helps eliminate unnecessary words. We also use specific                                                   materials to tell the story so we can provide
                                                   very meaningful experiences for all.
 
                                                         6th graders
                                                           This class learns and experiences the feasts of the                                                            Jewish and Christian traditions from preparation to                                                             enjoyment.
 
                                                           7th – 8th grade, High school
                                                          These classes experience how the biblical story                                                        relates to the world in which they live in today.  This                                                      may happen by watching music videos, reading the                                                   paper or discussing an event in their lives, all the while                                                holding the Bible in the other hand.
